We are working out how the systems of the future will look, and how people and AI agents will work in them together. Zengentic exists because AI agents are arriving in systems of record faster than the controls around them. We build the foundation that keeps those controls in place.
Why Zengentic
Implementing and running trading systems taught us what control failures cost. Every part of the control framework rests on one assumption: every actor is a named person.
AI agents break that assumption. Adding them on top of existing systems moves the risk without managing it. We started Zengentic to build systems where agents have their own identity and permissions, held to exactly the same rules as people, from the first line of code.
Our first application, ZenCTRM, runs commodity trading from capture to invoice on that foundation. We also consult on the trading systems firms already run.
